I purchased this chair and ottoman for my living room. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition (was well packed/boxed). It is large enough to be truly comfortable yet small enough to not overwhelm smaller spaces. Its classic lines/shape compliments a wide variety of decor and the dark chocolate leather is just lovely - and so far extremely durable.

It is definitely on the firm side. Had I test-driven it in a store (the "3-minute sit") I might have by-passed it; however, I'm finding that the firmness provides wonderful ergonomic support. This is a truly comfortable chair!

So far it is proving to be wonderfully pet-proof as well.

It is a great value, especially for the price! The only "con" I have found is that I may have a heck of a time finding a sofa that's as great a bargain, and as comfortable.

We purchased these chairs to be placed near our pool table for people to sit on. They look great, but are definitely very firm. They are not chairs that you would snuggle up on and read a book. They also seem to be shorter than normal to me. I feel like I sit too low in them. I love the ottomans that came with each chair. Right now we are using them as "chairs" to sit at our arcade game. They are sturdy enough for my son to climb on and comfortable as stools to play the game.
