Why Does the Price of Leather Vary?
The grade and the characteristics of the leather will have an effect on how much it costs to produce. Obviously, a higher grade results in higher cost of the leather club chair. We have built a selection of leather club chairs to meet many price points, and we are continually looking to add more items.

Why are there markings and wrinkles on the red leather club chair upholstery?
Since leather comes from an animal, there will be inherent characteristics to the material. These are desirable, and can clue you to the quality of dark brown leather club chair. Finer grades of leather have less processing steps. You will notice black leather club chairs with more wrinkles are usually softer and more supple.

Will leather stretch over time?
Swivel leather club chairs have an elastic quality to them, and will conform to the use it receives. Your swivel leather club chair may need a period of breaking in.

What about pets and reclining leather club chairs?
Pets and reclining leather club chairs can be a disappointing mix sometimes. If it is not possible to keep pets away from the club chair or other upholstery completely, make sure they are de-clawed or they have no attraction to chew on the upholstery.

Is it true that leather is hot in the summer and cold in the winter?
As a natural material, leather properly breathes or insulates according to the climate.

Isn't leather hard to clean and maintain?
Use a neutral soap and dilute with water when cleaning your light brown leather club chair. When applying, use a soft clean cloth and only dampen it, rather than soaking it.

Can leather fade?
Overexposure to the sun will cause fading of the color on leather club chairs. Over the course of time, all leather will fade.

Will leather crack or split?
No. Regardless of the grade, leather club chair upholstery will not crack, split or peel apart. The finish or pigment may in lower grades, but the leather itself will not.

How is leather processed?
Since leather starts out too thick to be used a upholstery, it must be split by a machine. When it goes through the process, the top side is used for Top Grain leather. The bottom side is known as the "split." According to the grade, it may go through some aniline dyeing process. The higher grades usually go through minimal coloring and dyeing processes.
