Comfortable, attractive chair. I planned to buy another to make a set, however, now I won't since I really wanted the color in the picture. The chair is so dark it almost looks black, in fact, you can't really tell it's dark brown. It still looks almost black in the light, so I called to inquire if i got the correct chair. I was told it only comes in one color. But I think the manufacturer must have used a different color of leather. Plus mine has a bit of puckering around the front of both armrests and aren't smooth like those in the picture. But I was told it was still the right model that was sent. And sure enough, there's no other chair that comes close to it in appearance. There's no way my chair is same color as the one in the picture. I was hoping it would match my brown furniture. Didn't return though--too much hassle to pack and ship. Plus it's still a comfy good looking chair. Still recommend it. Great chair for the price, just don't expect this color...and if you do get one this color, let me know! I'd like to get one this color!

i bought this chair for my husband as an early christmas gift. the assembly was simple but the styrofoam inside the box was a ridiculous. i am still vacuuming up the mess. the chair is stiff but hope is softens over time. the color is much darker then shown in the picture and there is a strange seam that runs down both arms that is also not shown in the picture. all in all, a decent value but would probably not buy a chair via the internet again.

Hard to judge comfort from pictures. Not very comfortable as a recliner for me but fine for the kids and smaller adults. Color is darker than in the picture. Chair looks fine. Service and delivery was good.

We were very disappointed when we received the chairs. The original description said it was bi-cast leather and when we saw the boxes they said bonded leather. This is not the same product. Customer service was very helpful and arranged to have the chairs returned. They have since changed the description of the chairs.

I added two of these chairs to my living room. The space itself is awkward because two sides of the room are actually the main traffic area of the house. These chairs were a perfect fit. Because they aren't too big they didn't overtake the walking areas. They are really comfortable and look sharp!
Assembly is easy. The feet screw into place and then are reinforced with an additional screw. The back rest slides onto the two levers that control the reclining feature. Velcro the loose piece of fabric from the top piece to the base of the bottom piece and you are finished.
